Carrie graduated from Western University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2020.

Carrie has extensive knowledge in women’s health. She has completed Level 1: The Physical Therapy Approach to Female and Male Urinary Incontinence, Level 2/3A: Female and Male Pelvic Pain, and The Running Athlete from Pelvic Health Solutions.

She excels guiding her patients through the stages of pregnancy and supports them in returning to exercise in the postpartum period.

Zoey, our Registered Physiotherapist offers services in English, Cantonese/廣東話, and Mandarin/普通話.

Zoey graduated from Monash University, Australia, in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.

She later completed a Master’s degree in Stroke and Neuroscience in 2022 at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

She strongly believes in a patient-centered approach and is passionate about delivering individualized, active rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s needs.

Zoey has completed additional pelvic health training, including Level 1: The Physical Therapy Approach to Female and Male Urinary Incontinence, and Level 2/3A: Female and Male Pelvic Pain.

She also has solid knowledge and experience in Clinical Pilates, which she integrates into rehabilitation and exercise prescription.

With additional training in acupuncture and dry needling, Zoey applies selected techniques alongside therapeutic exercise to optimize recovery and functional outcomes.

Nathania graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.

Nathania has an interest in supporting individuals with pelvic health issues, especially conditions that are limiting people’s participation in activity and exercise. She enjoys teaching people how to move in ways that will be sustainable and minimize risk of injury. She incorporates Pilates into her practice to help patients develop better body awareness and improve confidence in movement.

In addition to his professional physiotherapy degree, David has taken numerous continuing education courses in manual therapy, exercise prescription, concussion management, and pain science.

David has also completed advanced levels in The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for the treatment of the neck, back, and extremities. His treatment approach focuses on an evidence based, hands-on, and client centered approach.
